Why Volunteer
Volunteering with IHEAL is more than giving time — it's practicing altruistic leadership firsthand. Our volunteers are researchers, educators, storytellers, organizers, designers, technologists, and community builders who believe that ethics is a daily practice, not a policy document.
IHEAL's flat, responsive structure means every volunteer contributes as an equal partner across our five co-equal Hubs — a genuine member of the mission, operating alongside others with shared purpose and mutual accountability.

Leadership Hub
Support board operations, governance documentation, policy review, ethics audits, and institutional planning. Ideal for lawyers, administrators, and organizational leaders.
Education Hub
Help design and deliver CosmosEquity Academy modules, learning labs, and ethics workshops. Background in education, instructional design, or leadership development preferred.
Media Hub
Support the Ethical Citizens Podcast through audio production, video editing, social media, graphic design, or narrative ethics writing. Creatives and communicators welcome.
Community Hub
Facilitate restorative circles, peace dialogues, and community engagement events. Background in social work, conflict resolution, or community organizing is a plus.
International Hub
Support OGI's cross-cultural outreach, diaspora engagement, and global ethics programming. Multilingual skills, international networks, and cultural competency are highly valued.
All Hubs
Researchers, data analysts, web developers, AI ethics specialists, and grant writers are needed across all five Hubs. Your technical skills directly advance the mission.
