The Ethical Spine is the shared values infrastructure that binds all five co-equal Hubs together. Within each Hub, an Anchor Module drives its primary focus. The full sequence flows laterally — not top-down, but across — from shared values to public impact:
Each Hub contains an Anchor Module that drives its primary focus, supported by additional Modules and Nodes. Links — roundtables, forums, dashboards, and shared glossaries — sustain lateral collaboration and accountability across all five co-equal Hubs.
The Five Hubs
IHEAL is not hierarchical. The 5-Hub System is a flat, responsive organizational structure — five interconnected, co-equal Hubs that operate in parallel, share resources, and reinforce one another across a common ethical foundation. No Hub sits above another; all are interdependent.
